2399bet Terms and Conditions

2399bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 2399bet and its members.

By using this platform, you are entering into a binding agreement. These terms apply to every visit, game, deposit, and withdrawal you make. Using any 2399bet service — regardless of your device or internet connection — constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• 2399bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, 2399bet's decision shall be final.
• Although these terms are available in Bengali, the governing language of the original document is English — in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on 2399bet are detailed below.

• Wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made (applicable to bonus balances).
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 2399bet may initiate a verification process for any suspicious transactions.

2399bet offers attractive bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should review before claiming.

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per person.
• Using any strategy that circumvents bonus terms will result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus balance cannot be used to bet on all games — only designated games are eligible.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Active bonus offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All games on the 2399bet Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced in any way.

• If your internet connection is lost during a game, the outcome is saved on our servers.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.
• If there is any doubt about a game outcome, the Support team will review the game logs.
• The maximum bet limit for a specific game is displayed within that game.
• Maximum winnings per round are capped — refer to each game's details for the specific limit.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 2399bet. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Submitting false documents during identity verification.
• Use of gaming software, bots, or automation tools.
